- OS 3.x preference files are incompatible with early pref files. I'm surprised
- the Installer didn't take care of this. Try:
-
- Rename SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive_OLD
- Or, delete SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive/pointer.prefs
- Reboot
-

- You aren't running any non-Com commodities or hacks, are you? NickPrefs is a
- no-can-do with 3.x. There is a new PointerX to make the busy clock and an
- updated ARQ that work with 3.x.
-
- Hope this helps.
